To Catch You Up....

So I've been busy lately... sorry about neglecting this blog and your weekly dose of Sofia. Here is what I've been up to.

Papa has been teaching me the vowels in Spanish. I surprised mama one day by showing her how I made the letter "u" with our toilet paper roll.

I've conquered big and unusual insects....
I've been visiting papa's work and showing off my "princess dresses" and cute curls...

I've been indulging in the heavenly snack grandma introduced me to... chocolate bread! Mmmmm...
I've been catching up with my writing and hot chocolate drinking...
And of course... I've been spending time in my other "home" (as I like to call it). I get so excited and gitty when I come to this play room at the mall that mama can't help but giggle with excitement herself whenever we go:)

I've also been meeting new friends...

... and you can never get enough practice driving. I figure if I start now, then by the time I'm 16 I can compete in professional drag racing! hahahahaha.. fuuuuuuuun!

Angel's Orphanage

Mama and I went to visit the Angel's Orphanage a few weeks ago, but silly me forgot to blog about it :) Luckily mama posted something about our experience on her blog. Here are a few pictures:

Chat over hot chocolate and coffee

Mama and I stopped by (surprise!) the local coffee shop on our way home from school in the morning, and we had a nice chat about my day over a full cup of hot chocolate and coffee. I'm explaining to mama how the teacher was telling Ishan (a boy) "no, no, no" and to "come here, Ishan".... although mama has her suspicions that there isn't a boy named Ishan in my class and that I actually took it from a scene of an Indian movie I've seen twice already (about a boy named Ishan who has dyslexia).

I learned a HIndi song at school!
