Rememer Me???

OK, I know, I know... "Sofia! Why has it taken you so long to write on your blog?! We need to know what you've been up to girl!" Well, the truth is ... life is just so busy and sometimes one needs to enjoy the moment instead of sitting down typing about life already passed. Hmm... that was deep. Anyhow... I imagine it will take me some time to gather old photos and show you what I've been up to these past couple of months... so I'll leave that for another time. For now, I'll just sum up as best as I can.

Before leaving India we took a fun train ride around Karnataka (in southern India)... it was great! I got to see lots of ancient ruins and temples and met interesting people from all over. I even saw mama and papa get blessed by an elephant! (I'll show the video later.) After packing and sadly saying goodbye to our dear friends in Bangalore, we made a few week stop in Virginia where I got to spend time with my grandparents, uncles and aunts, my beautiful cousins Bahiyyeh and Arielle. It was a lot of fun and I missed them so much after being one year apart!

After Virginia, we packed up our things (again) and headed west to find the gold!!! Well... I guess we're REALLY late ... but it's still great here in sunny California :) Daddy's job transferred him here, and so far we're enjoying our time in the city (San Francisco). I've finally found a school to go to (which proved to be quite challenging since most of the nice Montessori schools had a waiting list for NEXT year!) Actually, today was my first day at school... I'll let you know how it went in another post.

For now, here are some recent photos of me spending time with my uncle Fernando who has been visiting us for the past few weeks! I'll be so sad when he leaves :'( We really bonded. Until next time folks!
